Yesterday was Miles' fifth birthday! To celebrate, we went to Red Robin for dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Miller, and Aunt Lindsey. Then we all went to our house for presents and cake.
This is the Star Wars helmet Lindsey gave Miles
Miles is really into dinosaurs this year, so I made a dinosaur cake. The above picture is the "before" picture. I was so happy with how the cake turned out, so I put it on the table to take some pictures. Then I left it there so I could finish cleaning the house. As I was vacuuming the dining room, I didn't pay attention to the vacuum cord, and it went up on the table, and totally swiped the cake from the neck up! I was devastated!!!
After the face-altering accident. Jordan managed to fix it up a bit.

What a great cake! I probably would have cried if I worked that hard just to have it taken out by the vaccum cord. Jake is a dinosaur lover as well. They would get along well.
Love the cake!
Looks like you were still able to salvage it! You'll have to give me some tips. A green dino cake might just be perfect for Truman's bday in August.
Fantastic cake--even with some "work" done! :) You make the coolest cakes ever.
The cake is so great. I guess I am just don't care enough to make a awesome cake that we are just going to devour! I am glad others do though. Maybe I will hire one! It looks and sounds like he had a great party
Cute cake!!!
