Yesterday, Mr. Vance(or as we like to call him, Vancy-pants)rolled over for the first time. However, no one saw it happen. I put him on his back, and when I came back into the room a couple minutes later, he has on his tummy. He did it again today, and I did get to see it. Hopefully he will do what Mason and Miles did, which was roll over a couple times, then they didn't do it again for months. But, they also did it at four months, and Vance is already five. It's just so nice when they are still immobile.
Hopefully the next thing Vance will learn to do is sleep through the night. Right now, we are still getting up four to six times a night. It has gotten very, very old. I have not slept through the night for at least six months, because the last month or so of pregnancy, you have to get up to use the restroom. Sleep is just not Vance's thing. He has mastered the art of cat napping.
It's a good thing I like him so much!!
