The Cake

Jordan's mom, Diana, found this cake in a magazine.  While I've definitely decided I do not have a future in professional cake decoration, it was still a blast to make.  I was very sad that we had to cut it up to eat it!

Even without his hair, he is so cute!

Very impressive! It looks so cute. I'm doing Truman's this week. But I think I'm going simple with some plastic figures instead! =) Great job!

I am so impressed! That is awesome! I couldn't do that! I'm not talented in that area. Way to go!

Nice job waiting until his birthday to bic his head. I'm glad that I got to see him and be around him while he still had the hair. And way to go on the cake Elaine!

Holy cow, Elaine, I think you DO have a career in cake decorating. That is an awesome cake! I can't believe Vance is two either. The boys' buzzes are darling (even though Vance's curls will always be my favorite), and I laughed so hard to see him with the bald top and curly back. Happy late birthday, Vance!

That cake is awesome, Elaine! I've done cakes and I know how hard they can be, but you did a great job!
